i don't think he's trying to pose. his foot (or ankle or something) is hurt so that's pretty much the only way he can lounge. but i love these two together they're so cute.

The pic of Jake posing for the camera makes me think that he is posing for the paps and knows they are there staking them both out. Could it be another publicity stunt? No privacy for these two!
