I love this pic. She's going to be adorable pregnant and I think she'll be heathly and eat right. she can worry about losing the weight after the baby. Those shoes are horrible and can not be comfortable.

I think she looks great! And you can totally be skinny and have a healthy baby! I come from a tiny family and my cousin just had a baby - she is 4'11" and weighs like 100lbs - she didn't gain a pound during pregnancy and the baby is gorgeous and healthy! And she definitaly wore heels during the pregnancy!
