You’ll Laugh So Hard at This "Miracle of Birth" Music Video That You'll Pee Yourself (Because F*cking Birth, Man)

When I look at my precious babies, there are some moments that I think to myself, I should totally get pregnant again. Now, whenever that mood comes over me, I'm now going to pull up the "Miracle of Birth" music video, press play, and come back to my f*cking senses.

The three-and-a-half-minute song comes courtesy of the third season finale to the hit musical comedy sitcom Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and the hilariously gruesome retelling of childbirth is such an effective form of birth control, it should be required viewing in high school sex education classes.

In the scene, Paula — a 40-something paralegal played by Donna Lynne Champlin — tries to calm the nerves of a very pregnant surrogate during a prenatal doctor's appointment. Dressed in full-ethereal goddess attire, she explains how "explosive diarrhea . . . means that labor's drawing nearer" and that "though you've never been this tired — wait! — here comes the ring of fire."

It's oddly informative, depressing as hell, and utterly hilarious all at once — so relatable that you won't be able to help but laugh uncontrollably until you inevitably pee yourself a little because . . . well, the song pretty much covers it, right?
