I agree that is what you call Skinny FAT. It's nasty, she's skinny but fleshy. She's not slender and toned up like Jessica Biel. On perezhilton they have a side by side photo of both girls and it just makes Tara look that much disgusting in a bikini. Tara has been cleaned up her look in recent photos but in these bikini shots?? It's plain and simple what she needs to do. she needs to hit the gym and lift weights to tone up that loose skin.

The problem with Tara is she is lazy. She wants plastic surgery to fix all of her body issues. And the only exercise she is willing to do is lifting the cigarette, joint, alcoholic beverage or food item to her mouth. Girl needs to continue her "make over" with an exercise regime, kick the cigs and eat healthy. And believe me.. I have cellulite on my ass therefore I dress appropriately to cover such things.

it's just when you are in the spotlight like this woman is...........and there are camera's everywhere, the majority of the human race will do their best to look presentable..........but this chick is just tired! plastic surgery is not the answer for everything, all she has to do is work out, that's all I do to fix my problems and it works!!!
Too bad the surgeon can't implant some class in this girl!!! Atleast she will look better when her boob pops out the next time.....
