I never understood the interest in her. The only good thing she ever did was get engaged to Carson Daly, but she managed somehow to mess that up, the girl just has nothing to offer, sorry, thats how I feel.

This is indeed better than she has looked in some time. Sadly, that isn't saying much. That shirt is like one of those eye trick things (whatever they're called!) that you see around. If you stare at her bra, the shirt appears to do weird things. If it were anybody else I would swear it was photoshopped, but TR does seem to have this sort of "taste" in clothing.

The shirt is perfect for Tara because it puts a nice target on her chest. The skirt looks like it came from Limited Too. The shoes are from Star Jone's Payless line or something. Don't celebs know plastic shoes make your feet sweat? That must be why her toes are sliding off the end of the shoes! She must be doing commericals or something overseas, otherwise, I don't know how she survives.
