Since we won't be getting a new episode of Grey's Anatomy tonight (boo), here's some afternoon McManjoyment for you. Patrick was looking very serious as he went for a stroll in LA yesterday, but he's got a lot to smile about with all the end-of-the-year credit he's been racking up lately. Even though he was only the runner-up for People's Sexiest Man Alive, the magazine has named him as their Star of the Year. Not a bad title if you ask us, but if Patrick needs some more encouragement, you guys also voted his relationship with Amy Adams in Enchanted as the best movie romance of 2007. Here's hoping that 2008 will bring more great things for him and more important, more new episodes of Grey's for us.
