Considering the teams of dedicated stylists that celebrities have access to, it's hard to believe that they still manage to get lazy with their hair maintenance. Well, in this category, I hope they all get that it's an honor just to be nominated.. they are all deserving of the title of worst hair for the year, but how could anyone compete with Britney? At least, I've always known her looking like that. Britney, on the other hand, has looked like a relatively normal human being once.
