Maybe they will hold her for longer than a week like her planned one week rehab in Israel so she can really get clean. It might be the best thing for her. Heroin detox can be rough. She does not need the option to check out when she wants to.

According to People, it's standard to arrest a person before questioning them. So it sounds like she could out as soon as the questioning's finished, rather than it being an actual arrest with charges brought against her.

It's a damn shame too because she's so musically talented.

I hope she has to stay in long enough to be forced to detox and perhaps work away from her addictions. Jail does not seem like a bad thing for a trainwreck like her.

I wish they hadn't nominated her she needs harsh consequences or else she will die.

I won't pretend I know anything about heroin addiction but maybe, maybe this will be good for her? The same with Britney, at what point is it rock bottom?

It take longer than a week to kick. I hope she spends enough time in there to get straight. Forced detox is NOT fun and sometimes leads people to be resentful and when they get out jsut go back to it. But sometimes it's the wake up call that people need.
Whatever is going on with her I hope she gets the help she needs

I really hope she pulls it together. She is immensely talented and its such a shame that shes ruining herself. Im glad shes in jail though. Sometimes for a junkie the best place for them is behind bars. When I heard that she wanted to have "one last blow out" before she got clean, I thought "Yeah and the next morning we will hear that she overdosed" cause thats usually how those "one last times" go, So hopefully being in jail will keep her away from that, and help her see that she really needs to clean up and ditch her Pete Doherty wanna-be husband (and petey himself)

Bad men, like bad drugs, are very destructive. Kate Moss escaped from the a**hole that was leading her down the wrong path and hopefully Amy can too. She is very talented and it's sad to see her flush her life and career down the toilet.
