This idiot purposely announces her pregnancy prematurely in a desperate attempt for publicity yet looks angry and tries to hide herself from the paps. I really couldn't stand her snobby as$ before, now I know why. Look at her tummy, there is nothing showing, why would you risk your pregnancy and the public humiliation if something goes wrong yet you can't stand being in the public eye? Did any of you see those photos of her on Jared's site where her mother is standing right next to her lighting and smoking a cigarette??

I don't get why everyone is giving her such a hard time? It is HER pregnancy and she can announce it when she wants to. Not to mention that she if she is due late spring/early summer she is pretty far along and I'm sure out of her first trimester. Why should she have to wait to tell just because she's not showing yet?! Maybe some magazine was going to run a story about it and she beat them to it, maybe she was afraid of getting her picture taken going to an OB doctor, who knows and really who cares?!

then i see her covering up in pics, then i think; when you're a celeb, i don't care who you are, you will have 10xs the paps on your ass once you have a bump/announce the pregnancy.

so why would someone like Alba, who hates being photographed and gives bleek interviews, tell the media, if she knew that there were gonna be cameras everywhere????

i personally would not have said anything until there was a bump to attest to the news. and if i were a super private person, like Alba, i wouldn't have said anything . . . until i gave a hypocritical interview and photospread like Xtina did.

Jennifer Garner didn't show for a long time into her pregnancy, either. She had those rock-hard abs from "Alias" so her bump didn't show until I think she was about 5 months along.

Why would she announce this before she is even showing if not for publicity? Seriously, and then she acts irritated the paparazzi are trying to get pics. Get a grip, girl. Don't announce your business to people magazine and then get all mad when people start taking pics of your stomach. You are a very pretty girl but your acting skills are so-so, at best. You think you are better looking than anyone else probably does. Get over yourself.

I've never been a huge Jessica Alba fan, can't say I don't like the girl. Some of the things she has said in interviews has put me off to her. However, as some people brought up why would she chose to bring it to the publics attention so early, she'd be damned if she did or didn't. People will criticize her choice for talking about it now, and they would have given her a hard time similar to the way people acted towards Christina Aguilera.

If she's due the end of summer, she must be 3 months, right? So she is off the "risk time"...
