How is it greedy to want full custody? I don't get it. Or to even want the visitation straightened out and a decision made. It's terrible for the kids to have this dragged out.

my mom is britney crazy too but i would still see her when i was younger. i feel a void in my life now because the woman who did raise me passed away recently. but it was still nice seeing my biological mother once in a while.

no one should be kept away forever from their child. only in violent situations.

However, he's not the one saying she shouldn't get any visitation, he's just trying to get a ruling. I'm the one saying she shouldn't have visitation.

Wanting a final ruling so he can get on with his life and plan his children's future is not greedy.

I agree that they should see her once in awhile,but not right now,If she was actually doing the things she should be doing,then I would see no problem with her seeing them..but running red lights with them in the car,missing court hearings.. that isn't someone who is serious about it.
