Britney is by far the dumbest slut of the bunch. Lindsay seems pretty smart to me but very misguided and spoiled. She's a talented enough actress so I don't think she is "dumb". She's made some dumb mistakes and needs more confidence in herself. I say this because she used to be beautiful but has now lost weight and has blonde hair like the other bimbos. She was beautiful as the curvy redhead we all grew to love. Oh well. For that she is dumb. But I'm pretty sure she has a higher IQ and more talent than Britney and Paris combined.

Lindsay is a talented actress.....but has made poor decisions and not capitalized on her talent, she's now regarded as a joke in the industry. While I don't think she is necessarily the dumbest, she's made dumb decisions.

I agree that Britney takes the cake. I actually think Lindsay is smart. She has screwed up a lot this year, but in terms of having heard her speak throughout her career, she seems to be as Popsugar put it "smarter, sassier, and wittier than her peers."

Maybe — She belongs on the list, but she's definitely not the dumbest.

What, because Britney lives in Malibu that disqualifies her from the top spot? And Paris? Oh, right, all of her film go straight to video (including her greatest hit!), so maybe that disqualified her as well...those two could have certainly tied for first in my book.

Lindsay isn't dumb, and like everyone else has sad, she just makes bad decisions. Lindsay is an addict and addicts always make poor decisions that will just feed into her addiction.

If you hear her speak in interviews, she comes off as well spoken and intelligent, but she's definitely a misguided girl who doesn't have a positive role model to follow in her life. That being said, she is an adult now and should wake up and realise this, but when you don't know any better and this is the way life has been for her, no wonder she's screwed up.

I'm all for Britney topping this list. If you heard her speak before all this crazy shiz went down, she sounded like a backwater hillbilly tramp. Oh wait, she IS one.

This was shocking to me. I mean Britney isnt even in the top 5? (shes number 15 btw) and what about Paris? Lindsay has made some poor decisions, but she has never struck me as an airhead. Paris Hilton isn't dumb. She managed to create a "career" out of a vapid personality and no discernible talent. Britney definitely showed less intelligence than anyone else on that list.
