hmmm. I thought they were together because not only did they "like-love" each other, but they were helping each other through the recovery process. KiDoe that's true, for me, a Britney posts is like hitting the points jackpot. But I always go to the next point level on a negative Lindsay post. While I didn't personally know Riley, calling him a mooch is pretty unfair. Just because two people aren't in the same financial and tax bracket doesn't mean they can't date and possibly marry one another, and it doesn't make the person with less a mooch. That would mean that a celeb could only marry another celeb OR someone from a wealthy family. That's living in a box.

I agree that LL probably was dating the boy because of it's a 'recovery' process for her, they had the same goal (staying clean and all), but yeah, if he's 'partying' and she starts to get into her old life, I'm pretty sure that it's over pretty soon.

The problem is, in rehab they will tell you that becoming involved with another addict going through the same stage is a really really bad idea.

Not that it surprises me at all that Lindsay ignores rehab counseling advice.

It really seems like Lindsay to trying to turn her life around....and this guy is just bringing her down. Good for her for getting rid of him.

I love her.... And seriously, she can't tackle all of her issues at once... If she was battling substances in rehab it stands to reason should couldn't knock out all of her relationship/male issues at the same time. All of this 'growing up' and maturing will take time.

I really hope she has a "come back" in film/TV, it would be a shame to let her talent go to waste when people like Winehouse continue to get paid.

I hope that Lindsay broke up with Riley because she realised it wasn't a good idea being in a relationship, especially with someone just out of rehab like herself, and that she wants to be single to work through her problems. I hope it's not because she's heading back towards her old life, but when she's started hanging with people in her old crowd, there could be a relapse in her future.

She needs a job, asap or she will go to the poor house. She can sell her real estate though. Her sweater is UGLY too, by the way.
