Technically she was not late because of her kids, she was suppose to do the video shoot before she spent the day with her kids. She was probably too lazy to get up and go to the video shoot....I doubt it was because her kids came early.

I don't believe any of the Britney stories anymore. I mean uptil this they were saying she was only going to film for two hours. Now they are saying she was 12 hours late. How could she be 12 hours late for a shoot that was obviously supposed to happen at night. "Nightclub" . I don't know I don't think she's great, but I think people are just making crap up now.

Apparently she asked K Fed to switch visitation days so she could shoot yesterday and he said no, but for a good reason:

Sources tell TMZ that Britney and K-Fed are at loggerheads over visitation. We're told that just yesterday, Britney was scheduled to take the kids, but asked K-Fed if he'd trade days so she could shoot her music video during the day. We're told K-Fed refused and Brit was pissed. She ended up pulling an all-nighter, shooting from around 9:00 PM last night to 6:30 this morning.

Other sources say the reason K-Fed is fed up is because Britney has been like a moving target when it comes to visitation, constantly changing the schedule. We're told she's rescheduled the music video three times before finally shooting it yesterday. Federline, we're told, accommodated her for a while but has had it.

One of the reasons he has custody is to give the kids a stable schedule, so I can understand getting fed up after multiple last minute switches. At some point, she's got to either get it together and be there for her kids or give it up and be a random visitor in their lives.

Scenes shot in the nightclub could certainly be filmed during the day, AND many times they will shoot night scenes during the day, and then color correct the sky. You have probably scene this in so many things, and just not known that it was possible.

Plus, you don't start shooting once you get on set. There is a LOT of prep work: hair, make-up, blocking, setting up shots, etc. That can take hours, so it would make sense that they would start the prep before it got dark.

god she couldnt even wait 5 minutes after her kids left to make herself a drink. I hope for everyones sake that she is not pregnant again. Can to judge order to get those things tied up, so she cant reproduce anymore?

spears may not have even NEEDED to be there before 8:30pm as she is using a body double and I bet she is not dancing with her "backup" dancers... jokes... she showed up for her hour or two and then peaced out.

Professionals, that is who.

Most shoots start super early. A lot of TV actors have to be on set at 6:30am. Some films it can be 5:30am.

You shouldn't talk about things that you don't know anything about.

Um I don't think anything's being made up. The call time was 8 am, plain and simple. One dancer's comment:

"I've been there since 3 p.m. and have not shot a thing!" one dancer fumed to Usmagazine.com. "I finally finagled my way out. It's all very unorganized. They are calling in more people for late night."
