And as I've said before, there is something seriously wrong with the California Justice System. These people know what they're doing. Therefore the Justicesytstem should stop them and keep them in jail anyway. There should be a mandatory extra jail time when celebs pull that stunt to get out of serving.

ya we should release the gang members, child abusers, wife beaters and drug dealers, to make room for celebs. if anyone has problem with our very real overcrowding issue in la, please write our governor about repealing 3 strikes, its a badly written law and without it maybe we could afford to house the lindsays,nicoles and paris's for a little while longer

Yeah as a taxpayer I REALLY want to pay for Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan to spend 25 days in jail when there isn't enough room in the Cali jails for serious criminals.

Lohan is an addict, and disgusting, and DUIs are bad, yes. However, keep in mind that if you got a DUI today you also would not serve a ton of time in jail.

I don't see any of you getting outraged that other Americans convicted of DUIs also are getting away with little or no jail time. This is not special celebrity justice. Not to mention that the normal person who gets DUIs probably does not spend 8 months in rehab. I doubt it did her any good, but it still counts for something.

Lohan didn't exactly do 8 months of rehab. She went in January, came out and continued partying before her arrest in May, did another rehab stint,came out, partied and got arrested again, then went back for a 3rd time.

This new mug shot looks a lot like the old one, except she's wearing more make-up.

I think she stayed for 2 minutes or 2 hours, ugh!

She looks terrible. I can't even see the appeal anymore. Lost cause, let her go.
