Sheeesh! This picture was taken in a parking garage with those nasty tubular florescent lights and probably a photographer's flash bulb. I dare you to find anyone who looks alive under those conditions. Have you ever seen her with a face full of makeup? She hardly ever wears any and still looks beautiful in above ground lighting conditions.

Well...i dont scoff at not wearing makeup...i dont wear much myself. BUT...i do think that Jessica Biel is fugly with or without makeup. I have ALWAYS thought that since she was on 7th Heaven. Yeah...she has a great body...but seriously her face lacks real femininity.
