Regardless to all of that, I absolutely LOVE Kate. She is one of my all time favs & I hope that everything turns out for the best for her & Ryder.

Kate is very pretty. She seems happy in her own skin. I think that is very much a good message for young girls. She is very fit, not junkie thin, and very tasteful and not slutty in the way she acts. I do, however, cringe every time I see that little boy's hair!

At first I thought they were the oddest couple, but they really grew on me b/c they always seemed so happy. I guess that just goes to show that you never know. I agree that she is very cute. While cute is not a word I would ever use for Chris, he seems to be a pretty good guy, and I seriously doubt he is in need of any financial support.

They seemed like such a fab couple. Oh well.

a good message for young girls? seriously, she had an affair with a co-worker when she was not only married but had a child. that is no role model, that is a sense of entitlement along the lines of a spoiled child.

and why shouldn't she be happy, she does what ever she wants without regard to who it will affect.

i seriously doubt they will stay good friends. civil maybe, but who can trust, which i think is essential for friendship, someone who so completely betrayed their marriage vows?

ummmm who cares... I am so over this couple- I was much sadder about reese and ryan. why does it seem like when ONE couple marries, they ALL marry and when one couple divorces they ALL divorce! BRANGELINA IS NEXT...

That's sad. He was kind of wild in his younger days, but it seems that when he fell head over heels for her and turned his life around, he was a pretty solid, dependable guy. Her family really liked him from what I read.

I was a bigger Kate fan before this. A decent person should end their relationships before they move on; not lie, cheat and hurt people in the wake of their whims.

As far as I know, and my husband knows Chris, he hasn't been "stepping out on her all along". Just because someone's in a band doesn't make him a dog.

I think Kate is a great role model! She got married BEFORE she had a kid, you never see her wasted at a club at 4am, there is no proof that she cheated w/ Owen (all we have seen are pics of them having lunch together or other innocent activites...), she does abandon her kid to jet all over the world, she is fit & healthy not all junkie skinny (as mentioned above) & she & Chris seem determined to keep thier split civil. she is great & I iwsh her the best

There have been comments about him being in a band and therefore unable to remain monogamous before and they WILL start up again. As someone who has met Chris many times, including backstage at events, he was never one of the guys draped with groupies, not after he got married. Regardless, for some reason, Chris is always going to be considered the bad guy in all of this, despite the fact that golden girl cheated.

no complaints to her losing that woolbrush of a husband. although she seems to go for the wooly mammoth, non-showered, oily types anyway. and her son looks like a girl, i'm sorry. if you have all that cash, i don't understand why you can't book your kid a hair appointment... or buy a pair of scissors.
