The only guests that make sense on the list is Will & Jada because at least they ARE friends. But I'm shocked he even knows JLO or Marc or jim carrey or Jenny. Is he so desperate for friends that he'd even invite Brooke? I hope Katies fam is allowed to attend also.

They made up with Brooke & even sent her a baby gift. Tom's first movie was a vehicle for Brooke, 25 years ago, so they have a lot of history.

What a farce. Brooke was invited to save face, all apart of his elaborate attempt to turn public opinion around. Brooke should be smarter than that. They didn't even apply for a marriage license. This whole thing is valid in the Scientology cult only.

Jim and Jenny are as much a surprise as Jen and Marc, but Brooke kind of threw me. I mean, I'm glad they "made up" after the public feud ((shrugs)), but Tommy-boy was a serious psycho-whack-job when he criticized her while claiming to understand the deepest profundities of the human psyche with all of its needs and afflictions. (Yeah; whatever, Weirdo.) I'm guessing that well-spring of insider knowledge was *not* included in the introductory package deal. (How much does it cost to purchase Omniscience?)

But Brooke seems like an all-around nice gal; I'm not surprised she accepted the invitation -- I just hope she didn't drink the Kool-Aid!

I really like Brooke but this looks like she is a sell-out. Fine, make up with him- play nice and be the bigger person, but by participating in all of this is she supporting Scientology and their beliefs. Being a Christian, shouldn't she feel weird about attending this type of ceremony. What about John Travolta and his beard, Kirsti Alley, Leah Remini. I guess they could be invited but were busy?
I actually remember reading this summer that tom and Katie attended a bbq at Jim Carey's place, so that wasn't too much of a shocker.
