The up and coming stars of Gossip Girl got together in NYC last night to celebrate their salacious new show about rich Manhattan teens. I'm definitely excited for this one, but what can I say - there's no resisting the Josh Schwartz Effect. Naturally, all the little starlets looked fabulous at their big premiere - especially the girls like Blake Lively (who plays Serena van der Woodsen and is best known for Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants), Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf) and little Taylor Momsen (who is actually 14 and was Cindy Lou Who in The Grinch - love it). See, I'm learning their names already - who knows, could be the next R-Bils. Speaking of Blake Lively - Buzz had a chance to sit down with the new TV star and talk to her about playing Serena and what it's like to adapt such a well loved book series. Gossip Girl premieres tonight at 9 on the CW - I can't wait, you?

the show is good but they didn't cast a person who looked ANYTHING like the jenny in the books, the jenny in the book has very very large breasts and brown hair snd her character mainly revolves around her complaining that she wants to be blonde and dealing with her large breasts, but the actress who play's her is flat and blonde..not that that's bad or anything..i just wish they would have made jenny look more like she does in the book... at least it will be interesting to see what jenny does now since alot of the storylines will change alot from the books because of this.. but other than that i lyk the girl who plays her
