He probably has to put on a lot of lotion for all the hours he spends in the direct sun. Notice that he doesn't look all dried out and sun damaged like Cameron Diaz and some others.

With less than an hour he could shower, shave and look amazing in a suit. However, building that body took years of disciplined effort that few could do.

Oh, this bums me out. I met him about 6 years ago -- shirtless, outside Chateau with his dog. And he was slightly drunk, rockin' a big fat pink belly. Why the hell couldn't I have met six-pack Matthew? LOL

Either way, he was really nice to me and my guests (they had no idea who he was and asked him about baseball scores.). His dog, Ms Hoody, was cute too.

I have not wondered at all where he has been. Everytime I see pictures of him I am more and more grossed out. I hope this makes sense but even though he has muscle he has always looked kind of blubbery to me in the stomach area. He's such a turn off because he's so into himself.
