Alli cries when she gets her papers, the manager is in hiding, and this guy commits a crime to avoid the papers.

Logic leads us to believe that they must know something REALLY damning about her parental skills. Just saying, "I swear under oath, she is a good mother", shouldn't be that difficult if it is true...right?

She must have a lot to hide if people close to her are going into hiding. That doesn't say much for her mothering abilities. Mark my words, it's going to be supervised visits and parenting classes for Brit in the very near future.

But there are so many celebs who are even MORE famous than Brit, and in the spotlight all the time, and manage to lead a normal life free of drama. And with Brit, it's not one thing here or there...but numerous actions of hers that are questionable, to say the least.

The fact that the opposing side is confident enough to call all her closest "friends" for their witnesses speaks VOLUMES.

I'm tired of people saying that if CPS investigated every parent, all parents would be in trouble. I wouldnt be in trouble. Tons of people I know wouldnt be in trouble. You could subpoena every one I know and they couldnt tell the judge anything that would get my kids taken away. So let the paparazzi follow me. I don't have anything to hide. Let CPS knock on my door. They'd find my kids asleep in their beds for naptime and me (albeit without a bra on) in a maternity track suit reading Pop. Nothing to hide here.

If she's got so much that needs to be hidden, she deserves to have CPS look after her. I'll cast that first stone. Someone has to protect children. That's not being judgemental, it's being an evolved adult who cares about the welfare of all children everywhere.

Britney is in trouble because she lives a sick and mental life and chose to bring children into it. And if she does have mental problems that are the cause of her absurd behavior, CPS should know about it and the judge should rule accordingly. The children should not be in her care if she's sick and not taking her illness seriously enough to treat it. I'm done feeling bad for her.

FB1977 - I agree. Look at the Afflecks. Those people can't go grocery shopping or to the park or to the library or to the coffee shop without getting their photos taken. So they're being followed too and CPS isn't knocking on their door.

FB let me name some of those celebs for you who have their sh!t together but their fame is on a mega insane level.

It's a shame that these so-called "friends" are going along with her mess of a life. And even if they were just around her for the fame/money, these people are all on her payroll - if her career never recovers, they're losing out too.

For her childrens sake...as a mother...I hope she gets her self together. Kevin doesn't need those kids either. But as a mother she should be the first to get it together, as fast as she can we the boys on her mind first and last.

Why can't she just stay out of sight and care for her kids and workout these issues surrounding her. If she's using all this spotlight to distract herself, it's just making it worse for her.

Who is her lawyer? Whoever it is--sucks. He/She is not helping Brit at all. Doesn't she realize that not only the media but the court system is watching every move she makes. It would be very sad if she ends up losing custody of her children. Right now, K-Fed is looking more of a fit parent than her.

Her lawyers also may be not ABLE to do much. It's not like they can physically restrain Britney or suppress any and all witnesses.

i think kevin would be a great dad. wheneva britney has the kids a ton of pics are made but with kevin, you don't see them. now i know he hasn't been actin all good durin their marriage but i guess it wasn't a jip for him lookin at how britney is now! who knows how long her psycho behaviour is goin on. i think he did luv her. he's a money diggin ho but he luved her. an he keeps the boys low-key (don't know how, but he does). he deserves 2 prove himself as a father.

A REAL mother, a GOOD mother would have nothing to hide and NO reason for ANYONE to be distraught to remark on my skills as a mother! I think any decent mother could agree with you & me both on that.

she was wearing a short haired wig in these pictures i seen with her and her son "playing" in her backyard. i like that one, it looks hot on her. i think those pictures though of her in her backyards with the kids are staged, ALL of them. she never looks happy out there with them. she looks the happiest when shes leaving the clubs.........

Do you guys remember recently when x17 had an exclusive with someone named "Jeff" who claimed to be really close to Britney and claimed to know the truth about Britney's drama and said all that nice stuff about her?

Interestingly enough, last night the guy at breatheheavy.com had a post stating that "Jeff" just had a head on collision with Kevin's team when they were trying to serve "Jeff" with papers. Being a Britney fan, he went on to say that Kevin's team are getting so aggressive that they would even be resort to violence and he had hoped that "Jeff" was going to be okay. An anonymous poster in the comments section then posted information from perez's site stating that the person being served was named Sam and that Sam had rammed the other cars in order to get away. Now, after it's being widely reported that the person getting served was this person, Sam Lufti - breatheheavy's post no longer refers to the person as "Jeff" and now calls him Sam.

So, I believe this guy is the mysterious "Jeff" from Britney's team that said all those things to x17. the guy at BH claims to have some ins with britney's people so for him to call him "Jeff" before it was even being posted on other sites, I think he "oops-ed" and outted this dude. From what I read too, Sam Lufti is registered Alli's websites this summer. He was also rumored to be Britney's new millionaire boyfriend earlier this summer after he was seen driving the two around but I read a comment that said his mother is the one with money, not him.
