well..isn't jail hours half anyways? like...if you get sentencesd 12 days you really are in there for 6 cuz 12 hours equals a day?? so...if she got 4 days...that's 4 12 hr "days"....which equals 2 days...right?

or is that 4 day sentence already the shortened days with extra 2 days chopped off for no apparent reason?

I love Nicole. I don't know why, but I do. But my image would be awfully tarnished with my family if I were arrested on the same charges, and I doubt that'd count as "punishment" in the court's eyes.

I def. agree after the Paris debacle, I would think they want to save face a bit. Especially Nicole seems to accept the fact she handle whatever punishment she has coming. I doubt there would be screaming and all the circus antics. It would be a win-win for both.

I knew she wasn't going to serve her whole sentence. Anyone else wouldn't either so why should she?? Did you know that if she shows up at 11:59pm, that serves as a full day? She's cleaned up her act and I honestly think she just needed some good guidance. If Joel was the one to provide it for her, great! Everyone is criticizing Paris, Britney, and LiLo for not bettering themselves but look at the situation with Nicole. Trying to be a better person and people STILL seem to judge? Can't satisfy everyone I suppose.

MiyaBi_na your almost there. in California, i dont no if its true in other states too, but in California they have this thing called a good behavior policy, where everyday your good in jail its a day off your sentence. ie since Nicole have only 4 days, if shes good (which she probably will be) she will only serve 2 days. and they did the same thing with Paris too. she was sentenced to a month and a half in prison and only served 3 weeks.
