Britney and Kevin's divorce will be finalized in court today, and therefore a decision will be reached about who will be taking care of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Despite Britney's recent questionable behavior, which continued this weekend with this bizarre head wrap in her car, supposedly she and Kevin will share 50/50 custody. What do you think - who should get custody of the boys?

She is really actin up right now. Part of me hopes she is putting on an act and that she is not this far gone. At least he seems to be geniunely concerned about the boys, not just totin them around like little cluths that are 'in' right now.

Also, even if Kevin got custody, Britney would still have to financially support her kids. So that wouldn't factor at all into my vote.

I think it would be good for the kids to be with their dad, and spend a lot of time with their step brothers and sisters. Shar seems pretty normal and sweet, and it is good for kids to be with other children. (Did anyone see the stripper pole video pictures from Pinkisthenewblog? Oy! Not so flattering.)

I wanted her to come back, but she is really seeming incredibly sick right now. stripping down to her underwear in public, acting insane and "erratic" at photo shoots, cutting off all family ties....I think she loves her children. but I think they would be safer with someone else. She can't even handle herself.

I guess I'll go with Kevin... he at least knows how to stay home like a normal person... I'm sure he'll try to protect the kids far more than Britney has. She takes those kids out and about way more than she should and they always end up in horrible situtions involving paparazzi... the kids need as much of a "normal" childhood as then can possibly have... depsite they are Brit and K-Feds kids.

My problem with Lynne is that I still think she pushed Britney into the public eye, and encouraged a lot of her bad behavior until she had kids. How do you know when your public image needs a MAJOR revamp? You lose to KFed in a custody poll. By a very large margin.

I don't think neither should get full custody but if I had to pick one it will have to be Britney because unlike Kevin Britney been with those kids 24/7 but Britney is right now little crazy but she loves those kids and I think she needs another chance.

Britney's mom should raise them..even though Britney hates her right now her mom clearly loves her grandkids and she could take much better care of them. next in line would be Kevin. i feel like that would give him so much press if he got custody of the kids though & thats exactly what he wants..to move up the hollywood social ladder! hes an idiot but a better fit parent than brit definitly....

i think kfed's ex- shar jackson should get them. she seems like she's doing a great job raising her other 3/4 kids. as long as britt doesnt have any hand in raising them, they should be okay.

no seriously- i never thought i'd say it but i vote k-fed. at least some type of temporary agreement til she gets her act together- then they can go back toa 50-50 split. k-fed maybe be a lot of things (and not a lot of things) but at least he doesn't appear to have completely lost his mind.
