The guy in the picture is Andrew Fiscella. I have met him before in Los Angeles. I am alomst positive he owns that bar in LA where all the celebs hang out too. "Winstons" He seems really cool and down to Earth.

She did not have her tummy worked on. It would be very noticeable (Courtney Love and Tara Reid for examples). And why would she have to get a tummy tuck? She has always been in shape, when did she ever let herself go???? She works out like crazy for her roles and surfs, etc. Just face the facts, she's in GREAT shape.
