She looks excessively old for her age. The smoking is not a good look. It will make her teeth yellow and will lead to FURTHER premature wrinkling. She needs friends who will gently persuade her to take better care of herself. The current ones seem disinclined to lead her away from the life-style that led to the problems. Without being sarcastic, maybe she should go make friends with Lance Armstrong - cycling would be good for her.

Yea Lindsay's publicist Leslie Sloane released that bs about Lindsay wearing the alcohol monitor. What she really needs is a coke sensing bracelet. Look how pinned her pupils are in those pics. She's getting her fill of coke, vicodin and meth before she has to go to prison thanks to Samantha Ronson's stash being found in her crashed Mercedes.

I would like to know how the bracelet works as well. Does it only monitor alcohol? or does it monitor coke as well? Personally I think that alcohol is more dangerous than coke - at least for some people. Terrible is the combination of vicodin and meht powscalper talked about. I hope you don´t settle for another drug just because you have the bracelet on.

I once saw a tv footage about a ass implant in Russia. A pill is implanted in your butt, so if you drink alcohol you have to vomit immediately. Frightening!

I think the hard truth about being an addict is that the temptation never really goes away. Lindsay seems like she's into the "rush" of attention, being famous, partying, sex, drugs, alcohol, fast cars, shopping, etc. That said, I can understand her being 21 and wanting to go out but at the same time I worry that she's looking at another stint in rehab down the line.

Those bracelets are hilarious. You'd think in this day and age with nano technology and microchips that can fit on the head of a pin they could invent one that's a little more discreet. Although maybe discreet wouldn't be suitable in this instance. After all, if you have your publicist announce to the world that you're wearing one I guess discreet is not the look you're going for.

I struggled with addiction for 15 years, in and out of rehab. I can tell you that it speaks volumes that she RAN to Vegas. Her 45 day stint was to make her look in court, so is the bracelet trying to do the same thing. The Bracelet can monitor your alcohol (if operational)or ANY change in her body's chemical balance, it reads YOU, but will go off if you take Nyquil too! BUT, what it can't monitor is the direction in which her life will go, she is addicted to the scene she's in, we can't understand the cameras, the loads of money and drugs. It must be overwhelming with temptation. BUT SHE chooses this for herself. She does look high, (pupil, etc) also, chain smoking too! Notice you only see her smoke when she's out in a bar, never while she's shopping, etc. Because she's only a hard core smoker when she's using, I was the same way, otherwise I wouldn't touch one. Good luck to her, but yes, she's already messed up by stepping back into the scene. That's what you get high on, the scene, by the looks of this, she got her full for the evening.

so she's 21 and needs to go partying? no she's 21 and needs to get her life together, and IMO by heading to vegas as soon as she left rehab does not show any commitment, don't expect her to drink any alcohol though, her court case is pendidng.

It's an ankle bracelet, the big clunky thing you see in the first picture. The way a body absorbs alcohol, a small amount is transmitted through the skin, so if the wearer is consuming, it will show up in the readings. Courts use them to monitor parolees.

But I agree that rehab and this bracelet are to try and stay out of jail. Her attorney is probably navigating this whole thing, because she's probably in a lot of trouble for that last accident.

Compared to her rehab-era photos, as her body gets thinner and her face gets bigger (some prefer the terms "puffy" and "bloated") that's how you'll know she's using coke again.

I'm sure the alcohol bracelet & ongoing AA meetings are for PR to make her look better in the eyes of whatever judge is going to look at her underage DUI & coke fueled car crash/ fleeing the scene of an accident...and damaging public property. I hope she enjoys Vegas now...at some point she will be arrested. She only went to rehab to avoid dealing with this big mess she got herself into.

She is trying to set up this 'reformed' look for the courts because she is scared! She is young and naive and has no parental guidance- otherwise no one would have seen her mug for those 45 days and she would NOT be running to the clubs. Any word on WHEN she'll have her day in court?
