I think it's 3 alcoholic beverages to have a .08 for Paris's size. That's why she *claimed* to have not "ate" all day. She went to dinner 2x, but never ate? Yeah, right. She had more than 1 margarita. She is saying she did not eat all day to make her story more believeable.

i had a friend who had one beer in an hour and she wasn't drunk (ONE BEER!) but still blew a .08...she got off though.

for the record, i totally don't think it's ok to drink and drive, i just think that sometimes people might not be drunk and still blow a .08. i think paris will be an example though since she's been known to drink and drive in the past.

Blue yes u can use mouth wash and blow a .8 but being a victim a of driver (supposedly) under the influence,a nd sustaining serious permanent injury Im apt to jump the gun and say have one sip of a drink and u dont need to drive, bc u never know what senses are gonna get messed with and u never know what your tolerance truly is everyday is different.

I didn't say that drinking and driving was good. I've heard if you drink no more than 1 drink an hour you can stay under the .08 limit. It depends on a lot of variables though.
I don't drink so...instead I end up driving the drunks. don't even get me started on that. No one appreciates it. Nothing is worse than having to wait for people who are drinking to be ready to go. Tell ya a little secret, they are not as funny as they think they are.

lol, gracey! i'm usually the sober driver too when my friends want to drink or smoke and i get to listen to *wonderful* directions to a house i've never been to in the dark after two when all the drunks drive home and hear the same lame joke over and over again!
