now popples.. give the girl some credit.. the elastic stetch boobs look a little perkier or at least for the first time ever she is wearing a bra.. and this outfit is actually kinda cute and there is more of it then usual. No cigarette in her hand or bottle of rum tucked under her arm.. both eyes look clear and sober. The hair is a little tragic.. but I would say that this is like an 87% improvement for Tara.

I think she looks very nice here. Her outfit is really tasteful, and pretty stylish. I'm happy with the direction we're going here.

I like it. It's just the hair that makes her look sloppy, that look doesn't look good with everyone. She needs to straighten it out. Even if she looks better, that outfit is a mess.

I don't think that white rule applies anymore, especially in hot climates...does it? Also, I have seen beautiful white winter wear so I don't think it really should matter. I think her look is an improvement...the shoes are wrong but the rest looks fine.

sarah.. those white skirts r very in ,don't stop wearing them .i have one myself just don't forget to wear a white thong or skin color one .. no panty lines k ( hehehe) white is a very tuff color to pull off .i believe one has 2 b slim slender to look good in in, any light color for that matter .

Haha, well, Britney's never exactly been a poster child for good hygiene. Paris Hilton's another one. Some of her extensions have been hideous. I recall how a while ago she attempted a Farrah Fawcett-type style and it ended up looking like she got herself trapped in a wind tunnel.

You can wash and brush extensions. But they need to be changed frequently. My girlfriends that wear them change them at least every two or three weeks. If you don't, they get ratty, and tangled. I cut my hair to my shoulders, and I really miss my long hair sometimes. I used to have hair that fell to my waist. I'm debating getting some fun extensions for a wedding I'm going to be participating in.

I like that Tara is cleaning up. She still has a long way to go, but at least she is trying.
