People have babies while incarcerated all the time....But she's "famous" and who knows, she might get special treatment too and be waived from a punishment like everyone else would get with her crimes just because of her "pregnancy". Her sentence would not be life, for crying out loud. She can be pregnant for the couple/few weeks she's in jail. But for some reason, being pregnant makes people (at least believe that they are..) above the law or have more rights. Being pregnant makes you (more specifically her) no better than anyone else...
But then, Paris also thought that her money made her above the law and they are one in the same so....
