I use Paint. Some people use that, some use Photoshop. Atoxy's a real artist - she draws her own parrots and everything!!

You can also super cheat by using power point.. use the caption bubble make it format shape black fill pull the caption line one side to make one strap of the eye patch hit copy paste and cover the eyepatch with the copy and pull the new caption direction the other way and then save it as a image. When the pic is small no one can tell.. it has to be big to see the cheat. Was that as clear as mud? LOL!
