Hilary Duff looked good in a semi-bizarre red dress performing on The Today Show yesterday. She just loves herself some aggressive hoop earrings! She's obviously super fit these days, but she kept her fabulous abs all covered up -- probably for the best. Performing in a bikini is weird. Doesn't she remind you of Minnie Mouse a little bit?

I like her singing, definitely. Although there are a few things that annoy me a bit about these pictures: 1.) Lose the eyeliner all around the eye...not attractive. 2.) Lost the hoochie-mama nails she's sporting. 3.) Pantyhoses are not that hot anymore. I dunno, maybe it's just me...it's PMS week, after all.
