It is possible that he did say those things, but JT is the type to have that sarcastic sense of humor. Maybe Jess just knows him that well to pick up when he's kidding. I guess I like this pairing better than Justin and Scarlett.

um, I sure as hell wouldn't be with a guy who said that about me. They prolly were fabricated, but still. My guess is that they both came up with the quotes to throw everyone off the trail. They knew that he'd be asked about her left and right so they made the whole thing up together. They've been seen on and off enough lately that they could totally be in cahoots with one another.

She's so beautiful and could do a lot better than him. But, that's just my opinion.
