Aww come on now, we all know Lindsey was all set to bust out of rehab and party hearty; someone must have warned her that she could be the next bad girl to do jail time with her past records. I hope they seriously punnish all of them to show them the light before they kill someones mother, sister, daughter, son, etc. Enough is more than enough where these are concerned; Paris, Nicole (preggy or not), Lindsey, Britney, and the list goes on.....boycott!!

Hopefully this is the last rehab for Lindsay. But, I can't wait to throw my 21st B-day Bash.

if you´re getting 21 - you have to do a major party: rehab or not, you can rehab the next day. I hope Lindsay changes her mind, she will regret it later when she doesn´t, you only turn 21 once, you can rehab the rest of your live!

What are you talking about Yoonyah? Rehab is not just for when people "get around to it", it's for people who need it now and are responsible enough to take an action in their life when there are issues. Partying (drinking) before your 21 is A.) illegal B.) for lindsay, proving to be destructful so therefore, rehab cannot wait.

I'm excited for her and this whole rehab thing. I hope that it "takes" this time and she makes it though successfully. Sure, she might be turning 21, but that's really nothing special since she's basically been partying & drinking since age 17 anyway.

I hope she does take this seriously, I do however just want to point out you can have a prty at a club and not drink alcohol, I have plenty of times

they definately released the invitation knowing that she had cancelled because they knew how much press it would drum up.

I´m very happy she does take it seriously, but she is in rehab already much longer than she was there the first time - so I think: enough is enough for now and it´s time for a little birthday bash: it won´t hurt.

yes. yes it will hurt. rehab is for people who have problems with drugs &/or alcohol. Those who have problems with drugs &/or alcohol can not do them AT ALL! She is in rehab because she cannot control her consumption of drugs &/or alcohol.
I really don't think you have any idea what it means to have an addiction or what rehab is all about. Its ideas like yours that fuel the out of control behavior exhibited by so many young people today, esp. the celebutards

It's jus the same as when she said she was in AA and carried around a water bottle for a couple of weeks. She hasn't changed and probably won't for a while

It's really unfortunate all this going on in her life right now. I had some legal issues looming about right before my 20th birthday and it did not stop me from getting blown and out of control. Lucky for me I had a 3rd chance from my parents and the state and I have to stay out of trouble until a month after my 21st birthday next February. I feel for her as I know what my rock bottom felt like. She will bounce back because the only direction she can go is up or just fall off the radar. I hope she chooses the former. She needs to surround herself with more positive uplifting people instead of that janky Samantha Ronson and that other rando cokehead she was dating for a while!

Good for LL. Yeah, you only turn 21 once, but that's just one year in a lifetime. She needs to focus on her health, her career, and all the other important things, and not just one silly birthday. If she doesn't sober up and get clean, she may not live past 21.

Well if this is seriously true then good for Lindsay. But I really hope a week after she's let out from rehab that she's partying again because then that would be LAME!!! Honestly someone else should cancel their party too as that would really set the example...or not

i hope rehab works for her this time. & it was probably a good idea to not throw the party. yeah you only turn 21 once but it can be just as memorable at home w/ some close friends. good luck to her.

If that's true, I think it's kind of sad. You only turn 21 once and in this country alcohol is a part of celebrating it. If Lindsay just didn't become a lush before she turned 21 she might have had some fun.

I think it's smart that the party was canceled but I don't think it was her idea.I hope she wishes up though and actually stays clean.
