I am sad Mr. Wizard died. He sort of took the place of mr. rogers once i got a little older. I watched Mr. Wizards world on nickelodeon and i am sure that is one reason i love science still to this day.

If a relevant celebrity is known to have gone to a certain club/casino/bar, etc, it's some of the best marketing/advertising the place of business can get. Its not new that celebs get paid to have their parties at clubs. But the amount of money quoted here does seem a bit high.
