It's semi-newsworthy (relative point) because it's the first day she was allowed any visitor since she went to jail. She only has two visiting days a week at this place, and only two visitors are allowed on those days. Nicky is no surprise but I would have thought her mom, rather than her x boyfriend, considering that she's probably not looking her best right now. Of course her lawyer and drs can visit whenever.

Now that Paris is away for awhile, let's actually try and forget about her and not post any stories of her. That would be a refreshing break for all of us!

whatever, she's only not appealing, cause she won't win. how is learning a lesson and being strong equivalent to refusing to eat , drink, or sleep. sorry that just seems like childish antics. as for refusing to eat or drink cause she doesn't want some guard to take a picture of her on the toilet - well, sorry to burst her bubble but there are tons of embarassing pictures of her doing way worse stuff already out there. In fact, there's already a picture of her on the toilet thanks to that paris hilton exposed site. so she should get over it, we've seen her having sex, on the toilet, in the bathtub, nip slips, and flashing her va-jay-jay all over town, it's not like another picture is gonna make anyone think any lower of her - cause most people already do anyways. Moreover, it's not like she can go through her whole jail sentence without ever going to the bathroom. not that bright are you paris, but then again, never thought you were.

I am glad she's getting some visitors. Doesn't seem like her "best friend" is planning to visit. On both of the talk shows Nicole has been on she has said she probably won't see Paris until she is released. I have to wonder if their whole 'friendship' is not a publicity stunt.

That's nice that they're still friends. I guess anyone who you invite to jail is actually someone you truly care about. It will be interesting to see who ends up visiting.

As long as she actually do her 45 days, Im happy.

Anyone who openly mocks our system ( DUI, driving under a suspended license, 15 minutes late for court!!) gets what they deserves.

So she was afraid of having her picture taken on the toilet. Since when did she suddenly get a sense of dignity and modesty? Whatever, at least she's doing her time somewhere. I'm interested to see what will happen to her after jail. She'll probably be more notorious than ever or just disappear. Hopefully the latter, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm glad her sister went to visit, maybe the visits will make the time go by faster for Paris. I'm sure she'll learn a lot about who her true friends are as well.

I like how she is finally just accepting her sentance and owning up to it. GRANTED she's still getting off pretty easy in a "medical facitlity" but it's better than house arrest.

I find it ironic that it only happened after she was moved to the medical jail, getting special attention and drugs.

I would have been more impressed if it had happened at the old jail, without mood enhancing drugs and without accomadating her narcissistic need for special treatment and attention again.

We will see if she changes when she gets out. I hope she will... but we will see.
