She's getting too old to blame her parents for her problems. It also looks like she wasn't too badly injured in her car smash up, which is going to make it tougher to defend fleeing the scene of an accident.

I am SO SICK of people defending Lindsay with the “she has talent argument”, Hollywood isn’t divided in who has talent and who hasn’t, Hollywood is divided in who got the chance to show the talent and who still hasn’t that chance. I don't know, maybe I just don't see it, but she's never been really spectacular in any of her roles, at least nothing that separates her from any other actress. A lot of her fame is based on the news stories about her, not any of her movies aside from "Mean Girls."

I think she still has great potential but she needs to get her sh*t together! Someone could have been killed because of her irresponsibility and her lack of self-control. I have been a fan of hers and want to continue to be, but not like this, not when she continues to be so damn self-destructive, self-centered and selfish!
