She is proud of her body and doesn't feel the need to get implants. I admire that about her. I think it sends a strong positive message to women. You can be flat chested and still be sexy as hell.

I know she works out but come on didn't she gain like 65 pounds during her pregnancy and lose it quickly and she has no loose skin or stretch marks. I say surgery and working out got her those abs..She was tiny before you don't strentch to that capacity and not get any lose skin or marks. But she does look great

OK..I don't get it?? Me and her both were the same size before pregnancy....then we both gained 60 lbs. during pregnancy and lost it all..and I look nothing like that now. I agree with rcgrg...she looks great, but something definately weird about her getting through that with no stretch marks or loose skin!!

Exactly Spicy I am a little smaller than Kate and had a baby at the same time gained 50llbs and have lose skin and some stretch marks not crazy bad but I definetly work out and my abs were seperated my doc told me know matter how many crunches I do it won't go back w/o surgery. She had something done cuz she even had a c-section..Britney looks atleast believable.

I remember seeing pictures of her when Ryder was about two months, and she still had baby weight, I doubt she's gone the surgery route, but I'm willing to bet she's on a crazy no carb diet and works out with a trainer 3 hours a day!

She is beautiful, but she is a bit too flat for my taste. But I agree with whom ever said it is great that she does not feel the necessity to get surgery on her breasts. She definitely had work on her stretch marks. I mean has anyone else noticed that the rich and famous are the ONLY people who never get a stretch mark???? Some women are lucky of course, but EVERY famous mother goes without getting a stretch mark. They either have lazer surgery or other types or surgery.

I think it's great that she hasn't tried to be unnatural by getting breat implants. You can be a beautiful, confident woman without having huge breasts, and most fake breasts are NOT beautiful, they are just what they are, FAKE.

I LOVE that she hasn't felt pressured to get a boob job. It shows men (and women) that a woman can be gorgeous without a ton of silicone. Kate and Jennifer Aniston have the best figures - athletic and toned.
