But What Madonna Really Wants to Do is Direct

Never one to stay with one thing for very long, Madonna is making her next move as a director. She's currently filming a low-budget comedy called Filth and Wisdom in London. Perhaps this explains her new military hat look. It also can't be easy trying to direct with a baby at home, so it's a good thing that her nanny brings David along to work! Madonna seems to be happiest when she's got a few things on her plate anyway. Hopefully hubby Guy has given her a few helpful pointers as well!

What's the point in bringing a kid out of a bad situation if YOU'RE not raising him yourself???

She just wanted a little African play thing to seem cool too. All of a sudden giving a f*ck about Africa is in. smh.

Like a having a nanny is anything new I don't fault celebs for nannies because if you notice we always see the nannies and children in public. Many forget that celebs have private lives that are not always captured by the pappos. Im sure behind closed doors Madonna is a mother to ALL of her children

LorenAshley, the point of taking him out of the bad situation was to keep him from having to grow up poor and possibly save him from getting a disease, perhaps malaria, that could kill him before he even made it to the age of 5. Even if he is with nannies a lot of the time, it's better than dying so young.

You know I would be hugely surprised if this film is any good. She was/is a terrible actress.

Meg is at it again. Sorry I didn't like her clothers that she designed either. BORING. Her music is, however, always fantastic. Her children books are okay.

So people in real life shouldn't have kids if they are going to hire a nanny... please! I had a nanny because my parents were working to bring food to our table... I really don't see the big deal of having nannies

The average American family does not need or have a nanny to feed their families even with both parents working.

I dont think it makes you a bad parent to have a nanny, she (he) is there to help you, it doesnt mean that this person will raise your kids... the nanny is supose to help you.

Of course it doesn't make you a bad parent to have a nanny, unless you're one of those people who spend about an hour a day with your kid(s) and then hand them off to the nanny. And there are people like that.

When is Madge going to get it thru her thick head that a movie career is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. She is a terrible actress and I can only imagine what craptastic ideas she has for a film. Although, I could see her directing a music vid...

What is the attack on nannies all about? The average American family does not have a nanny because we are middle class and can only afford public daycare. It has nothing to do with need. All working parents need someone to care for their children while they work.

I would love to have a nanny. But not a hot one who would end up stealing my husband though.

Guy Ritchie must be the laughingstock of his former friends. Madge ruined his career and now she's trying her hand at it. What a b*tch.

ddene5713... I was just thinking about how little David's face carries so much character and emotion -- like an adult's. I'm not saying children don't have emotions, but his face does look more adult than I would think it would at his age.

There's definitely nothing wrong with having a nanny to help out, at least she is bringing him around so they can be near each other. I also don't think that it has anything to do with suddenly caring about Africa, because it's very hard to adopt a baby from America. People have been doing it for years.
