Honestly, I'm shocked that anyone cares about the lesbian part, at this point in time hooking up with another girl is like a rite of passage (and it's not like she hasn't done weirder stuff in much more public venues).
Sexual orientation is something i'll let the old people worry about, i think the younger generations have gotten past being shocked that people of the same gender shack up together, and sometimes swing both ways.

Either way, as long as she's not a drunk-texting public mess, it's an improvement.
