Madonna's 48?!! Holy crap, I need to get to the gym. Nice try trying to pin the blame on everyone else for her movies flopping. The fact of the matter is as an actress Madonna SUCKED big time. The only reason we all liked A League of their Own was because it was carried by good actors such as Geena Davis and Tom Hanks.

True Lila, but Madonna did hold her own pretty good in that movie...then again, she did play a part that was similar to her own character.

Madonna is capable of acting in small side roles, but she cannot carry a movie any more than Paris Hilton can carry a tune.

Who's that Girl was AWFUL! Desperately Seeking Susan was good but Madonna's performance was sub-par at best. Rosanna Arquette did a much better job in that movie. Having said that, I loved DSS.

Although this may inadvertently offend some, it isn't intended to, as I am being most sincere when I say that I fail to understand the psyche of anyone who actually admires Madonna. If you only knew just how clueless and talentless she really is, you would be embarrassed to admit you ever spent a dime on her. I hate to burst anyone's bubble but she is an uneducated, maladjusted fraud.

She is also one of the ugliest human beings I have ever seen. But if I elaborate on that truth, then it will look like I'm just being mean.

I just love her music - I grew up on her music. Are you telling me you don't like a single one of her songs photog? I admire her for being around this long in the business, and yes, I will be one of the people who says I think her music is still good, even now. I love her song Hung-Up - I think it blows Simpson's music outta the water, among a few others. I don't understand how she is talentless...? I agree she's marketed herself well, but I think she can sing too (unlike Miss Spears).

madonna is a humanitarian, and she actually commits herself to things, she admits when she's wrong and she loves people and has said she hates people that hate, she does things to put humor into people, she looks at life with ease and just wants things to be taken less seriously , i like her music, i'm from a compeletey diff. generation, but i love her! happy birthday! she's not killing anyone, breaking up marriages, or abusing her kids, she brings entertainment to peolpe and her songs mean something and save some one's life.

Madge is probably the greatest actress of all time. How many times has she reinvented herself since she was the Borderline Boy Toy? (on a side note, notice how Xtina seems to be following Madge's changing looks almost exactly--she is now in Platinum Blonde Phase, having come out of the Gross Black Hair Phase) Now that she's in her 40's she's a proper English fox killer with a big country manor and a fake accent to match. Since I used to love Madonna's music back in the day, I don't hate her now, but I can't take her seriously in any way. She reminds me of a ghetto Gwyneth Paltrow, but with some small bit of twisted charisma so she's not totally unlikeable.
