It's great that he's able to out and around like this. He must still have a lot of pain.

I'm not surprised Travis won't take a plane home, but even if he gets a plush tour bus, rotates drivers round the clock and brings along medical help, it's going to be a couple of bumpy days and nights.

I´m glad he is so well after that terrible experience.
Green is also my favourite color, and I think that asking people to wear green in Chris Baker´s memorial is a great idea. I wouldn´t like everybody wearing black at my memorial.

Just must of been horrible... something like that would take a lot to recover from...

I feel so sad for the people who lost their lives in that plane crash. may they rest in peace. my heart goes out to their families.

It's nice to see Adam out of the hospital. He looks a lot better than I expected him too. Glad he's recovering nicely.

wow, considering 4 people were killed, he's literally walking away with minor injuries...I know they were serious but in the bigger picture, they are soooo blessed to be here; it's amazing...I was wondering how exactly they were getting back to LA so I guess AM flew and Travis is taking a bus?

it really is impressive that they are both out of the hospital and on their way home already - that's really great for them since it was such a horrible crash. i can't believe how 'ok' DJ AM looks there - i don't know why but for some reason i would have thought that he would look worse...with how bad the crash was and all.

I certainly don't blame them for not wanting to fly, but can you imagine the odds of being in TWO plane crashes in a lifetime?? Considering being in one is less likely than winning the lottery...

He's very lucky. Even though a lot of the scars are not 100% visible I'm sure he's still in a lot of pain both physically and emotionally.

There is honestly nothing in the world more frightening than a plane crash. I was a passenger during an in-flight emergency, and I have to take serious anxiety medications to refrain from having a panic attack on flights. There is no fear comparable to wearing the oxygen mask, bracing yourself against the seat, and being told to remain calm even though there is a chance the plane might not land. I was obviously fine and it turned out to be okay, so I cannot IMAGINE what DJ AM and Travis Barker must feel.

That said, he looks MUCH better than I thought he would; hopefully we can say the same for Travis. These two have a long physical and emotional recovery ahead of them.

wow, he actually looks great for having been in such a horrible accident. I mean, who's to say what his arm looks like, but I'm shocked. I hope Travis is okay...

good for him, what a terrible thing they went through, that mans poor family, its sounds a lovely tribute to wear his favourite colour for the funeral, i think black is way too depressing even if it is custom.

It's nice to see that DJ Am is doing okay and that he was able to pay his respects to Chris Baker. Travis and DJ AM are so lucky to be alive, I really hope that they recover physically and emotionally. I used to love going on planes when I was little, but I don't like it very much anymore and I wouldn't blame them if they did not want to go on a plane ever again (especially not a small jet, commercial aircraft is supposed to be safer). I know car accidents are supposed to occur more often, but I feel MUCH safer driving my car because I'm the one in control for the most part. Anyway, I really hope this incident brings Travis and Shanna closer together because I think they are meant to be even if they fight a lot. They seem like they still love each other and they both are great parents to their children.

On a sidenote, none of us wore black to my mother's funeral. We didn't really care about what color our outfits were at that time, and I think its an outdated tradition anyway.
