Patrick Dempsey took his daughter Tallulah for a run to the grocery store on Sunday in LA. Seeing Patrick is always such a manjoyable treat, it's no surprise he helped the Grey's Anatomy season premiere score big ratings. There's no new episode this week due to the Vice Presidential debate but we can get our McDreamy fix by watching Patrick play family man in real life.

i'm so upset that we have to suffer through a debate rather than a new episode of Greys - but i guess that absence makes the heart grow fonder and we can hope that there will be a good one the following week. in the mean time at least we get to see a nice photo of daddy mcdreamy!
