Hayden Doesn't Care Who You Vote For, Just That You Do

Hayden Panettiere was back in activist mode last night to host a bash for Declare Yourself. The event brought out stars like Emily VanCamp, Zachary Quinto, and Danity Kane, but it looks like Jessica Alba and her slightly scary PSA skipped this one in favor of bikini time. Hayden took the stage to make a speech, though she was more low-key when asked who she'll be casting her ballot for on Nov. 5. She simply said, "I'm a Democrat, so . . . " The election is only a little more than a month away, but while we're waiting to change the world, we can watch Hayden's alter ego doing her part on Heroes, which is one of our 15 shows to watch now.

For more than 25 pictures of those Declaring Themselves, just read more.

Images include: Hayden Panettiere, Zachary Quinto, Dania Ramirez, Aubrey O'Day, Amber Stevens, Jessica Rose, Adrienne Bailon, Emily VanCamp, Scott Krinsky, Danity Kane, Rex Lee, Corbin Bleu, Norman Lear, Kristina Apgar

Darn that Hayden Panettiere for doing something smart and not allowing me (in good conscience) to comment on the fact that she looks 45 years old!

Is the chick in the low-cut dress providing politician party favors or something? That's mighty low class.

Good for HP. This is the time for her to grow and mature, since she's of voting age. Check out tmz, she comes across as such a little snot.

I think she looks fine for her age. Her top is showy but not too showy. Her skin always looks flawless. and kudos to her for promoting the vote.

it still baffles me how much people rely on hollywood to get younger folks to vote but i guess if it works right? i don't know if i would vote for someone because hayden is supporting them, or if any other celeb was - i'm more about the issues, but i guess if this is a route that candidates or voting practices in general want to go - then who am i to stop them?

I'm with Fifafifa. My first thought was good lord why is Hayden trying to look so old? I mean, she's only 20 but she looks like she's 38. It's particularly striking with her pic next to Emily VanCamp who is 23(?), looks so much more lovely, and shows you don't have to plaster a trowel of makeup on your face to glow.

Mesayme, that's Aubrey "Skank" O'Day. That's her uniform. LOL

And Hayden's a democrat? ANOTHER Celebrity Democrat? I'm SHOCKED! Jawdropping!

But seriously, it doesn't matter what party you are with, I so agree that it's just important that you vote!

I'm happy that she is encouraging others to vote, not for a particular candidate but that they should just vote. As long as they know what the issues are, that is. Don't just vote for someone because your favorite celebrity is endorsing them.

Mykie - Are you a Republican? I'm just assuming because you've often talked about how it's annoying that all celebrities are Democrats (It is, especially if they just want Barack Obama because he will bring "change." There are other reasons to like him!). I was just wondering because I think you said you were from Washington or Oregon, and those states don't seem to have many Republicans.

The pledges from Sorority Forever were at that party too. Lonely Grrl, Taryn, and the little one. They're all over the place these days, and on www.TheWB.com. Twenty Dollar Bill, y'all.
