Katherine Heigl was just a barrel of sunshine with her yellow shirt and big smile as she and Josh Kelley grabbed lunch at En Sushi in Los Feliz on Thursday. Katherine made sure that she won't be in the running for an Emmy this Sunday, but we'll have to wait and see if she comes out to support her Grey's Anatomy costars before the big season premiere next week — check out new clips here. geez - i was kind of hoping that we'd get away with very limited coverage of katherine this season but i guess that's not going to happen right? then again i have to remember that she LOVES to be in the spotlight. anyway, it's nice to see her out with her hubby - that's a sighting that i don't mind AS much
