Good way to step on some toes JT! If you need to b*tch about something, dont b*tch about the Grammys. The Grammys are a big part of what makes the music industry go round. Saying that appearing on the Grammys was a mistake is like saying you wish you had never taken the opportunity to meet...Ghandi....or something. Its an honor and a privledge that he probably DREAMED about when he was a kid. There is a line from Scrubs that fits here perfectly:

One of the great things about the Recording Academy is that they have all sorts of programs, across the entire country, for education and networking, to help talented people, especially students, get exposure and inspiration. They do stuff like career days at campuses and Grammy camp to give students summer workshops. The Grammy Awards is just one of many things they do year round, but when he puts it down, it's like he's really carping on the whole academy community.

I hope some much more talented Grammy camp kids kick his self-absorbed bum off the charts one day. And I hope he's not invited back to perform on the Grammy Awards.

No he's not arrogant! He's just against the whole celebrity system, what's wrong with that? He doesn't like getting used...would you like it? No wonder Cam has been happy lately. He's also not hot enough to be that much of a jerk. But he has been an ass for years. It's good people are finally noticing. It'll only get worse since he's going to be Shrek, which will make tons of money. He'll probably talk next year about how he raised profits for that 25 percent. How did he ever help McDonald's though? That must have slipped my mind. I love their new wraps, since Justin is responsible I'll have to go to Burger King now.

25%? What the hell? I remember noting the Grammy's audience grew, like, 5% and don't you think if McD's starting hauling ass at 25% the news would've hit all the business reports? Please. He needs others to have a chance at success. The only "talent" he contributed to that album was vocals (highly synthesized) and some lyrics (lame). Most people loved it b/c of the beats, which were Timbaland's (I wish there was an album of just his beats; I can barely stand Justin's squaling). This fool needs to stop.

I find him quite boring looking. Imagine he worked at McDonald's, would you even look at him twice? I wouldn't. Even a magazine cover can't make him look good... so his comments make him even less attractive.

In today's day-and-age celebrities should be careful who they "talk" about because so many companies are co-owned by other companies. You make one group mad and it may come back to haunt you later, ya know?

One last thing: Justin is the total user. Remember, he totally exploited his relationship with Britney (revealing graphic sexual intimacies to a NYC radio station just to increase spins) to sell records. And the whole Superbowl debacle was just ridiculous. He uses everyone and then he whines about being used, when actually the Grammys are providing a mega publicity platform for his damn album.

see, i don't think what he said was all that bad. a little arrogant, granted; but who in hollywood doesn't have a suffocating ego? i know he's the only reason i tuned into the grammy's; i hadn't watched it in YEARS until then. so who's to say he isn't at least partially responsible for a 25 percent increase in viewers?

He tries way too hard to be badass. Why can't he just accept that the world sees him as Tigerbeat Boybander and just embrace it as he rolls in piles of money? Humility. It's a word Justin.

Of course it wasn't the fact that the grammy's had a much stronger line up of performers this year like Dixie Chicks, Christina Aguilera, Sting, Beyonce, Shakira, and Mary J. Blige. It would of course be the flop that was the "pick a performer" segment of the show. Personally before all this "talk" from Justin, I thought that was a real flop. My opinion, he knows it STUNK probably doesn't want any credit for the flop. Oh and btw, the rating dipped at 10pm even after all the hype of his performance ending the show.

Oh and a math lesson, 20 million viewers in 2007 vs 17 million viewers in 2006 equals 15 percent increase in viewers. Damn GED!
