WOW!!! I don't think I've EVER been first!!!

I am loving the show so far. Brit won two moonmans and the performances are awesome. Expect the Jonas Brothers...they suck. Speaking of the Jonas Brothers, Russell Brand has officially won my heart. Love him. His Jonas Brothers "promise ring" "waiting to be married before sex" jokes are super funny.

I got ripped on the Twilight cast being there. All of what, 20 seconds? We saw more of Lindsay than of them. And Rob didn't even get to speak! Bah.

Russell was great. I laughed out loud many times. Britney looked AMAZING. and what was with MTV playing the good performances during the break? Pink's performance was great. I love that song. But overall, Im a little bit disappointed. It seemed like Rihanna and Lil Wayne were in EVERY performance...Thank God for Russell or the show would have been pretty lame.

It was boring as hell! Damn it! I'm not even kidding. And it's not Russel's fault. The show in general was a snoozer.

That was THE WORST vmas ever. I feel like the vmas get campier and campier every year. I do have to admit that I am really glad britney won tonight, but come on?? the pussy cat dolls for best video of the year? and what was up with all the cheesy studio set performances. The only great performance was the closing performance by kanye...sorry

I was almost sad that I missed the VMAs... at least I have Gossip Girl to look forward to tomorrow night!

It could have been better

It was boring,God.And as i predicted Brit couldnt perform.It seems the whole show was for Brit.Her songs werent great yet she got so many awards.Seemed realy staged to me.

I wasn't even a fan of Russell Brand (although I loved him in Forgettng Sarah Marshall) but I am now. He shouldn't have apologized! The Brits were right thinking Americans wouldn't "get" him....sometimes we are a bunch of prudes.
