Leave it to the confident Victoria Beckham to wear a bright tangerine dress and killer heels to her son's birthday party at Universal Studios in LA. It is, after all, a celebration. The brightness of the dress against her tan skin is heavenly, and her oversize sunnies complement the mod vibe she's going for. While the prim and proper Victoria is nice to see sometimes, this spunky girl is the one I want to see more of.
