Yes, she should get rid of the extensions but she won't so this is the result of extensions in very thin hair

Will she ever learn how to dress for her bodytype. Her boobs look awful, bc she never wears a bra and that does nothing for her figure. So saggy...they groos me out every time. And that Polo type of shirt looks only great on slim girls with no shoulder and arm fat. Even I never wear them and I am smaller than her....
