Who's Going to Rock the Mic Harder: Clinton or Biden?

With the roll call vote happening tonight, Bill Clinton set to speak at 7 p.m. (MDT) and Joe Biden to speak shortly after, it's a rip snorter of a lineup!

We're at the convention center following all of the action — what do you think? Were you happy to see Hillary release her delegates and help make Obama nominated by acclamation? Whose speech are you most looking forward to? Whose going to rock it tonight?

What did you think of John Kerry's speech? I thought he was on fire. His speech was great. Kerry really took it to McCain.

I just told my mom that I enjoyed Bill's speech more than Hillary's. That surprised me.

I LOVED both John Kerry's speech and Bill's. I was listening to them in my car, and a few times I couldn't help it...I clapped! I loved Bill's line about the world being more moved by the power of our example than the example of our power.

I can't wait to hear what Biden has to say. I think both Biden and Bill are great speakers, so I had to chose the "child" option on the poll. I think Bill has more smooth speaking skills, but Biden can be pretty sassy. They both have their strengths!

I have to say, I am very happy to see SO MANY impressive people speaking at the convention. We really do have a lot of great minds in this party. It is time to utilize them and use them to our best advantage, and much like his volunteer effort, I believe Obama can do that.

So I admit I didn't know much about Biden before he became the VP nominee, but watching him speak right now, I'm liking him more and more!

I laughed when he had a "George/John Freudian Slip"!!

So Barack taking the stage is kind of a surprise. Awww, and he mentioned Mama Biden.

Joe Biden will be a very valuable resource and asset to Obama.
I agree, there are a lot of great minds in the party, I hope they get coattails and get their 60 seats in the senate. Enough is enough.

I thought Hillary and Bill did a fabulous job. In spite of Bill's foibles and Hillary not putting a stop to him years ago, they are smart, they lead, and they do seem to really support and care for one another.

Chelsea was looking pretty good too, also well spoken.

Biden's mom is sooooo cute! She was so tiny, and her eyes were so beautiful!

I thought so too! And you could see how proud she was (and seemingly surprised that her Joey was talking about her on such a stage!).

This is the third time this convention I've gotten all teary eyed. Damn emotions.

Oh, and who can forget this gem of Bill Clinton's: "I looooove Joe Biden."

    Laughing out loud

I just hope we can carry that applause from every agreement from every speech out of that hall into our homes and into our everyday lives. Its one thing to say we agree but we will have grasp the courage to walk the walk. To push through the status quote even when it try's to push us back in line. We got to walk through and stomp all over it if that's what it takes to get beyond it but we've got to move people.

All of the speeches have been phenomenal! I can't wait until tomorrow to hear Obama. I wish I could be there. They're locking down the whole city though.

I thought they both did well. I was glad to see Bill draw parallels between himself and Obama, like how they were both thought of as too young and inexperienced. May help with Clinton supporters. Biden, of course, did wonderfully too. Loved the "George..oops..sorry, John McCain" slip.

I voted "Blergh" but I did tune in, and got a kick out of Hillary's mean mugging - she clapped stiffly while barely mustering a smirk as her husband took the stage - vs. Bill's over-the-top performance, tearful "I love you I love you I love you"...Blergh, indeed.
