she's 16 (!!!) and was in good shape to begin with, of course her body bounced back quickly. i don't mind "ooh"-ing & "ahh"-ing over grown women having a kick-ass post-baby body... but this girl is 16! lol

She's 17 now, not that it makes much difference.

But I DEFINITELY agree that she looks like "A teenager with a baby". I've see some teen mom's, that you don't REALIZE they're teens until you ASK the, then you're surprised as all hell because they're so poised and put together. Then, there are those mom's that just LOOK like they're too young to be a Mom, and Jamie-Lynn is one of those. She very well may be an outstanding MOm, I have no way of knowing, but if looks mean anything, she looks inexperienced.

i think that it's interesting that everyone's so into what new baby spears looks like and what the mamma is doing. i don't think that she would have gotten this kind of attention if she wasn't so young but oh well. i guess it's something to talk about right?

Im still made about the interview she did for OK Magazine...she was talking about how being a mom is so much fun, on and on....thats so freakin irresponsible! Add in all the other stuff that isn't going to want other teenagers to have kids too!

So what she shops at Wal-mart? She probably will have a hard time finding acting jobs after this. I think its a really smart move that she conserve the money she has, especially on basic things. She can stay at home with the baby and live for years on the millions she has. The same people making those comments are the same people who be ready to criticize her for buying her baby designer clothes and being broke in 5 months. Some people are just looking for negative comments to post. Its really pathetic.

Having a mum that was a teenage mother [a damn good one at that], and being a Louisiana girl, some of these comments are just seriously offensive. Just saying.

i think people may have differing points of view on this because Wal-Mart is really crappy in California and other places on the West Coast, but they are much nicer on the East Coast, South, and Midwest. To my relatives on the East Coast, Wal-Mart is like what Target is to Californians. In California though, Wal-Mart is where the really poor and lower-class people go, but its not the same in other states.
