Those cheek implants are really ghastly. We need a little fat in our face to look young, I don't think she allows herself any body fat. Her face looks hollow. If she worked out a little less it would do wonders for her appearance.

we actually get to see Vadge with no makeup and we are shocked that she is Fug? People can comment on "she looks good for her age" but they dont realize its the magic of makeup and botox that keeps her looking "young"

publicity wh*re, literally..and you can drop the word publicity and there you have her in her truest form...she's gonna wear all the drama and lies on her face going forward so prepare for a terrifying crypt keeper-type look as she ages

Surgeries aside, I heard/read somewhere that she's anemic right now. Speaking from experience, you look and feel like death, you get really skinny(at least I did) and your skin gets transparent. Looking back at pictures of myself during that time my skin color was white out. I looked like a ghost. The lightest of the 'alabaster' shades were a little dark on my skin.

Lourdes should shave her eyes brows.

And I think it's awesome that Lourdes is proudly wearing her facial hair. It makes her look unique and no less feminine. Women worry too much about their appearance, and they end up looking pretty boring and plastic... or like Madonna here...

i have been a madonna fan since 84 but stopped when i heard the last cd. she just doesnt appeal to me anymore. i wish that the world could get over its youth obsession and appreciate all people for whoever/whatever age they are and not judge and pick apart because of looks because when it comes down to it, we all know that being a human being is alot more than just outside looks. i can only imagine the pressure of being famous and having all eyes on you all the time and the pressure to look good. poor madonna looks very unhealthy and i agree, she needs some cake and ice cream, some bed rest, and time to get well so she can find herself again. and the arms are what really freak me out and scare me, relax chica.

Amen, Leahtron. I hate when people criticize the fact that Lourdes has some facial hair. She's 11, for crying out loud! I didn't shave until I was 12. She's too young for waxing and all of that tedious garbage that will come later on.

I refuse to believe that the amazingly hot A-Rod so much as touched that woman. Yuck!
