I have to hand it to her...she takes her tiny frame and unusual body proportions, puts them in outfits that would not look good on anyone else...and turns out looking effortlessly gorgeous! I'm just amazed that she never looks short in her outfits.

as a fellow person of rachel's stature (5'1") i can reveal her trick to not looking like a midget: she wears short-shorts and mini skirts. thats all there is to it.
